Not right? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging.
- Email us at hello@dreichdogco.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 working day with the return address.
- Once it arrives, we'll refund you within 5 working days.
If something arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel an online order.
